Aideen Glynn is a seasoned Quality Manager at Q1 Scientific, with over 18 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Since joining Q1 Scientific in March 2024, Aideen has been instrumental in overseeing quality assurance and regulatory compliance, ensuring the highest standards in stability storage. Her previous roles include QC Stability Team Lead and Quality Assurance at EirGen Pharma, where she managed stability programs and conducted quality audits, and Quality Assurance at Nypro Healthcare and Newport Synthesis, where she handled cosmetic inspections, batch paperwork, and internal audits.
Aideen holds a PostGrad Diploma in Quality Management from Technological University Dublin and a BSc in Analytical Science from Dublin City University. She has also completed specialised training in statistics with Minitab and essential proofreading. Her certifications include Good Distribution Practice and QMS Lead Auditor. Aideen’s extensive experience and collaborative approach make her an invaluable asset to Q1 Scientific, helping clients navigate their stability challenges and achieve seamless regulatory submissions.
